People and music,across the sea.
Nagare Inc. is a Tokyo company working between Japan and China. We bring engineers and bridge SEs to Japanese development teams, and bring the records of the Chinese independent label Mintone Records to listeners in Japan.
IT
We place engineers on development teams in Japan. Most of them read, write and explain specifications in both Japanese and Chinese.
From on-site engineering to bridge SEs who connect Japanese and Chinese teams, to building business systems, we join at whatever stage your project is in.
On-site engineering (SES)
Engineers join your development, testing or operations team on monthly contracts.
Bridge SE
Requirements go from your side to the team in China, and progress and issues come back. We translate both the language and the way of working.
System development
Design, development and maintenance of business systems and web services. We built the system that runs our own company and use it every day.
From first call to first day

Official Japan representative of Mintone Records; music distribution and promotion
Nagare means flow. We named the company for the path people and music take when they cross borders, and we want to be that path.
